Cheddar and Pear Quiche Recipe

1 ripe pear, peeled and diced
6 oz cheddar, shredded
3 T flour
4 eggs
2/3 C whole milk
pie crust in pan
1/2 t salt

Preheat oven to 375. Mix pear, 2/3 of the cheddar and 2 T flour in small bowl. Whisk eggs and milk, then whisk in 1 T flour. Dump the cheddar/pear mixture onto the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture over it, and sprinkle the reserved cheddar on top. Bake about 35-40 minutes.

Bake about 35-40 minutes.
